  1. Mangosteen is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia and is typically picked when it is fully ripe. Ripe mangosteens that have a deep purple or reddish rind are harvested
  2. Once the mangosteens are harvested, they are cleaned to remove any dirt, debris or contaminants by washing them thoroughly
  3. The seeds of mangosteen are not typically used in mangosteen powder production, so they are removed to obtain only the edible pulp
  4. The cleaned and de-seeded mangosteen pulp is then dried retaining the fruit's flavour and nutritional properties
  5. Once the fruit pulp is completely dried, it is ground into a fine powder
  6. The ground mangosteen powder is passed through a fine sieve to remove any remaining coarse particles, ensuring a uniform and fine powder texture
  7. The final mangosteen powder is packaged into airtight containers or pouches to prevent moisture and air from affecting its quality.
