Preparation :

  1. Fresh beetroot is harvested, cleaned, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  2. The beetroot pieces are blended and the resulting puree is strained to separate the liquid from the solids
  3. The puree is then filtered to remove any solid particles or impurities
  4. The liquid beetroot is sprayed through a nozzle into a drying chamber. Here, it is broken into tiny droplets or mist
  5. The mist of beetroot juice is exposed to hot air inside the drying chamber. The hot air rapidly evaporates the moisture from the droplets, leaving behind fine beetroot particles
  6. The dried beetroot particles are collected from the bottom of the drying chamber and cooled
  7. Once the beetroot powder has cooled to room temperature, it is tested for quality standards and packed in respective containers
